- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪AVOID AT ALL COST. AGGRESSIVE SWEARING STAFF. We bought an item for £80 and after an hour of walking round we noticed a part on it was broken so we took it back either for a replacement or a refund. On arrival a member of staff implied that we had done it ourself and made a comment about this, but then got another member of staff to look at it for us. The member of staff looked at it and realised that it was infact broken to which I made a comment agreeing with her and reiterated what the other member of staff had said. The member of staff who I was talking to then said to me "Don't you dare take that attitude with me" in an aggressive manner and started shouting at me saying "don't talk to me like a piece of f***ing s**t". I was absolutely stunned at this member of staff swearing and being unnecessarily aggressive towards me and my partner. The swearing and aggressive nature continued for a while and the part was eventually replaced. We have used this store in the past on our visits to Skegness and have never had a problem, but we will never EVER use this store again after the absolutely horrendous service we received.
